THE COURSE
Hesperia golf and country club is a semi-private club in the high desert region of California. This course, a former stop on the PGA tour, is lined with trees and offers players luxurious fairways and classic holes to conquer. It was designed by famed golf architect William F. Bell, Jr. and opened its doors in 1957.
This 6,996 yard course has a par of 72 and a rating of 73.3. The slope is rated at 131. A record score of 62 was set by Gene Littler. This course holds many unique challenges for every golfer. Hesperia is well-known for its long, difficult par four for the second, ninth, 11th and 18th holes. Each of these has a number of obstacles for the golfer to conquer.

GREEN FEES

Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance on the website, by phone or in person. Cart fees are extra and proper golf attire is required. Junior rates are for 13 to 17 year olds only.

PRACTICE FACILITY
If you want to take a few strokes of your handicap, the Hesperia Golf and country club has just the thing. The practice facility has a 25 lane driving range to help you improve your long game. They also have 2 putting greens, a chipping green and 2 practice bunkers to help with the short game. Buckets of balls are available in the pro shop for a nominal cost.
If more instruction is required, the pros at Hesperia offer lessons, clinics and seminars. They can help everyone from complete novices to those with professional aspirations. The lessons are individually paced and cover everything from basics to on course instruction.
