THE COURSE
Pelican Hill Golf Course is made up of not one but two full size, championship quality golf courses. Designed by legendary Tom Fazio, Pelican Hill offers variety and beauty that is unmatched in the region. Whether you are new to the game or a veteran golfer this course will entertain and challenge you.
The first course, Ocean North Course is a classic course. Among the many features of this beautiful course are open canyons, mature trees, wildlife and stunning plateaus. Players have been known to say that playing this course is like stepping into an oasis, quiet, beautiful and relaxing. The views at the North Course are sure to keep you coming back again and again.
The second, the Oceanside South Course is a championship course. The South Course differs from the North Course in that it provides variety of scenery. With several beautiful brush gardens, mature sage and eucalyptus trees, lush greens and deep canyons, it will leave you wanting to play again and again. From the holes of the South Course, you can view the Pacific Ocean teeming with sailboats and seagulls.
The North Course is 7,000 yards to the longest tee and has a par of 71. The rating is a 72.9 and the slope is a 127. The South Course is 6,580 yards long, making it the shorter of the two. It has a par of 70. The rating is 70.4 and the slope is 110.

Pro Shop
A beautiful golf course deserves a beautiful pro shop. At Pelican Hill, it is not only beautiful but also well-stocked with all of the best products from golf’s most famous names. They even carry a line of custom made apparel, with their logo, designed by Marbas.
Restaurants
The food at Pelican Hills is almost as good as the golf. They carry everything from the amazing flavors of Northern Italy to the freshest in locally grown California Cuisine. Executive chef Jean Pierre Dubray is among the most accomplished, well known chefs in California. He runs the three restaurants, pastry and bakery operations, room service and all of the catering and special event services.
Improving Your Game
Whether you are a beginner or an old pro, Pelican Hills knows that there is always room for improvement. The Forecaddie program gives every foursome a professionally trained assistant who knows the course. They help with club selection, ball finding, divot replacement, raking and much more. They can also do basic instructional things such as green reading. They also offer basic practice facilities and private lessons. Lessons include a physical health assessment and much more.
